For an international fast growing and innovative travel company we are looking for a Business Development Manager as soon as possible!


Responsibilities
  • You are never satisfied with the status quo: top level in acquisition, expansion and optimization of the hotel portfolio
  • You have it in your hand: Independent and active development of product proposals on your own responsibility from the acquisition to the conclusion of the contract
  • You are responsible for the research of potential partners, new acquisition and key account management of existing hotel partners
  • You have the insight: You create statistics and analyzes as well as competitor comparisons and other analyzes
  • Renegotiating management to deliver top level hotel packages, maximum volume, high savings and high margin is also part of your job


 
 
Your Tool Box
  • You are driven by you delivering excellent results (top result and including beating the market every single day)
  • You have forward-looking and convincing communication, negotiation skills and act confidently towards the hotel partners
  • You bring professional experience in the purchasing or sales of ​​at least four years in relevant areas
  • Market and industry knowledge in hotel, tourism, leisure,retail or related industries are desirable
  • You have a great affinity to numbers, a strong logical mind and highly results-oriented
  • You like to help, are resilient, great trouble-shooter and keep an overview even in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of the target area SE / NO is a must
  • Fully fluent in Swedish  is a must, Norwegian and English an asset
